We peal whole cashew nuts and sort carefully
Step2. Blend
Mixing powdered cashew nuts and another ingredients.
Step3. Shaping
Cutting rising dough by Angkor-Wat shaped cutter.
Step4. Baking
Baking at carefully managed oven temperature
Step5. Checking
Carefully checking

We experienced journey after journey, from going through an intense squall at night down a pitch-black road where you can't even see ahead, to traveling down streets submerged in water from the rainy season. We visited many producers in the whole nation of Cambodia, and encountered the splendid ingredients while looking at the fields and touching upon the trees and soil.
